The Belasco Theater can be specifically tailored to any group’s needs. We offer a full range of event services from food and beverage packages to audio-visual products, décor, and a diverse variety of entertainment options.

Main Theater
Any event held in the Belasco’s historic Main Theater is sure to be as unforgettable as the space itself. The intensely powerful D&B Sound System is also the largest system in Southern California and is sure to leave a memorable mark on any visitor. Three fully accessible lit bars, a VIP mezzanine featuring 24 booths of multi-tiered stadium-style seating, and 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor smoking-friendly patios also characterize the space.
Ballroom
Swathed in shades of coral, deep red, and gold, the Belasco Theater’s private ballroom has a capacity of 200 people and is a perfect choice for plays, receptions, parties, and awards ceremonies. A 23’ x 9.5’ stage anchors the room, flanked by seven large black leather booths on each side and a sizable dance floor; on the opposite end is a private bar. On its walls sit Greek-style sculptures juxtaposed with intricate awnings and molding, creating a truly elegant feel. The Ballroom has a separate, Hill Street entrance and private entry access is available.
Basement Lounge
Going underground at the Belasco Theater transports club- and event-goers to an entirely different experience. Two separate rooms are available, with respective capacities of 88 and 215 people. Other features include a long bar with three stations, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and raised stage for DJs and dancing. Restrooms are also available on this level.
Kitchen
Belasco features a large production kitchen readily available for special events. On the “line” we have 2 fryers, a 48” charbroiler grill, 2 salamander broilers, a 48” flat-top griddle with double oven, and an 8-burner range with a full sized single oven. We house a full-sized five-rack convection oven, a 30 gallon tilting skillet, 1 stock pot range, and a combi-oven, as well. The kitchen also contains 4 work-top refrigerators, 2 salad station refrigerators, and 2 five-compartment steam tables. The prep area is approximately 8’X19’ which includes a deli slicer, a food processor, a mixer, and ample work-top space. Lastly, we have a combination walk-in refrigerator/ freezer, a large 3 compartment pot sink, as well as an efficient double rack dishwashing machine.
